Children 3 years and older

 

Your child will be entitled to 15 hours free childcare from the term AFTER their 3rd birthday (30 hours if both parents work at least 16 hours a week) from Hampshire County Council. This can be split between 2 settings. you can apply on gov.uk. a code will be given for the preschool Manager. this needs to be updated every 3 months to keep your code active.

You will need to complete a form that will be given to you at the start of every term. Staff will help you with this.

 

Any hours over the 15 hours will be charged at £6.25 an hour.

Two to three year olds

 

Children under 3 can receive childcare funding if you are eligible you can apply for this on hampshire county website which can tell you straight away, If you are eligible for this you will be given a code to bring to preschool and asked to fill out a funding form.

Any hours over funded hours will be charged at £7.75 an hour.

Fees and Invoicing

With fees families will be invoiced for your child’s hours across the whole year in September and will be given a 10-month instalment plan from October to July which we will require you to pay by standing order at the beginning of each month.

If you change your child’s hours during the academic year, your instalment plan will be altered as soon as we become aware of the change. Please note that according to our Fees policy we require 6 weeks’ notice if you wish to decrease your child’s hours or give up your place. Increasing your hours is subject to space being available in your chosen sessions and you should communicate with the pre-school manager in the first instance.
